A tachometer based on centrifugal governor.


I have planed to create a mechanical tachometer for many months, but the problem was the mechanical principle. The principle is to transform the speed in position, in order to have one position for each speed and with analogical movement. So I have searched a device which give a fixed position for a fixed speed and I have through to the centrifugal governor. Indeed, the position of the two masses gives a representation of the speed thanks to the centrifugal force. Then I have coupled the device which the counter and it has be done.
