A skid steer loader, or rigid loader. Features drives and steering, and operated bucket (rising and tilting).
The loader is equipped with 2 Xl to provide power on wheels. Each XL drives right of left side with 8/24 reduction. Therefore, when the loader turns, the wheels slip. To operate the bucket, I used a M with custom linear actuators and an autovalve. The custom linear actuators are based on rack pinion system and rise the arms. The autovalve operates the pneumatics cylinder to lift the bucket. To finish, I used a complex kinematic structure with 3 rotating points and 2 levers to obtain a large clearance of arms.
